●硬式棒持ち方How to hold Koushikibo.
ツル､編み目を上 Tsuru, stitches up.
●硬式組手ルール Koushiki kumite rule.
・面と胴は正確に当たると1本
Ippon when the face and torso hit exactly.
・小手と脛は技有りWaza-ari for hands and shins
・面と胴の当たりが弱いと技あり
Waza-ari when the contact between the face and the torso is weak
・腕、太ももに当たると反則
Foul when hitting arm or thigh
・突きと蹴りも技あり
Tsuki and Keri also have waza-ari
