川上剣道では、昔から言われている武道剣道で大切な基本的な素振を今回配信しています。
打突の時には、小指をしっかり握り、茶巾絞りをして、竹刀の冴えで打突する。この指導は、川上剣道だけではなく昔の指導では当たり前でした。
小指をしっかり握る事ができなければ、茶巾絞り、しっかりとした打突、冴えは生まれません。
冴えで技を打つという事を知らない人も数多くいると思います。
冴えを作る為には、構え方、握り方、打突の仕方様々な事がしっかりできないと中々難しい事です。
素振りの段階でこれらを身に付けることが大切です。
昔の先生方の動画を見られると多くの方々が多彩な技を出されるのを見られると思います。それは、冴えで打突しているので連続技がスムーズに出せるのです。
今回は初歩的な素振りを投稿しましたが、この素振りに行くまでの様々な稽古が大切です。
川上剣道ではこの事を、中学校生、高校生の時に時間をかけて稽古させてきました。稽古のほとんどが基本稽古のみです。
基本をしっかり身に付ける事により、将来、試合に勝つこともでき、昇段審査でも合格できるようになるのです。
この稽古法を習いに数多くの高校が遠征に来ていました。
